How is my home?
By granting us limited power of attorney we will handle all your state and county licensing. Renewal fees will be included in your monthly statement.
How is communication handled? What is the best way to reach you?
Our dedicated management specialists are always available to you. Call or e-mail us anytime. Also, you may use our OwnerLink software to access your account, and make management requests online. Simply follow the link on our site, and login using your secure username and password.
What is the cost for maintenance services?
For in-house work, we charge $50 per hour, plus materials. We invoice for all work done by outside contracted providers.
Do you use in-house staff or outside providers for maintenance services?
Both. We have maintenance crew on staff that addresses routine upkeep and household issues. For more involved procedures – painting, plumbing issues, A/C maintenance, pool pump, etc. – we contract with trusted service providers experienced in the vacation rental industry. We thoroughly background-check all contractors, and personally inspect all work done to ensure quality. We understand the value of your investment, and take great care to make sure the work is done to our specifications.
How do you reach your target prospects?
We reach our target market in a variety of ways: online travel agents, Homeaway.com and other listing sites, pay-per-click ads on Google, promotional agreements with travel agencies, public relations efforts, and season-specific offers and promotions. In addition, all our online efforts are integrated through social media sites, like Facebook, Twitter, and our very own search-optimized blog. And through all our marketing efforts, Starmark's experienced professionals expertly position the vacation home product as full-featured, cost-effective alternative to traditional hotels.
How is Starmark International involved?
Our parent company, Starmark International, directs all our marketing efforts, providing seasoned expertise and innovative strategies to reach the most relevant market segments. All marketing collateral is designed, written and in printed in Starmark's production department, and all internet-based applications are handled through their award-winning interactive department.
How are proceeds from bookings disbursed?
At month's end, proceeds from bookings will be automatically deposited into your escrow account. All net revenue in excess of the required escrow minimum will be sent to you monthly.
Will I have access to my account information?
Yes. All your account information will be available via OwnerLink. Also, we will email you accounting reports each month, detailing all debts and credits on your account. We work hard to make sure you always know where your money is going and how your investment is working for you.
